Mission Statement
Hands of Christ is an ecumenical Christian prayer ministry focusing on the individual’s relationship with God through Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit. We recognize that God works incarnationally to bring healing in body, mind and spirit. While our main focus is on the spiritual health of the individual, we cannot ignore the material needs of the person, and therefore we assist persons in obtaining basic shelter, food and clothing either with donated funds or through referral to other organizations.
Hands of Christ is a 501(c)3, tax exempt organization according to the IRS guidelines. Donations are therefore deductible for income tax purposes.
